Hypopressive training is so important to me that I traveled Solo for the first time in 30 years to meet Trista Zinn and review the level 3 course. Here we are going through the level 3 Hypopressive series.  The fine tuning Trista did to my Hypopressive practice was Amazing. I'll be back!

    First, go to a Pelvic Floor Therapist! Have your Pelvic floor assessed for tone and function.  You'll have a starting point and can progress with the Right program for You.


    Check with your Pelvic Therapist. Kegels are not the right exercise for everyone and are you doing them correctly?  Your Pelvic Therapist can help. 


    Yes and No.   Everyone can do Breath work without Apnea.   Apnea has some restrictions. No Apnea if pregnant. See a qualified Hypopressive Trainer for more information and restrictions.


    Hypopressive Package

    Mind~Body~Spirit - Work the inside!

    • 5 - Sessions $375   
    • 1 Private - 60 Minute session
    • 4 Private - 30 Minute sessions
    • Daily Homework 
    • Meeting Once a Week when possible.

    First 1 Hour Session-What to expect

    • Assessment & Photos.
    • Fine tune breathing pattern. 
    • Release tension where needed to allow for more effortless breath. 
    • Introduce concepts of Hypopressive training in a pose. 
    • If the time is right, introduce the Hypopressive breathing pattern and Apnea when ready. 
    • An email with homework,  photos that I edit, a video of the session, if available, to help with your personal practice.

    40 - Minutes Session - What to expect

    • Observe and Review 
    • Offer further guidance and review homework to prevent bad habits from developing. 
    • Introduce another pose, if ready and the appropriate breath work with or without Apnea. 
    • An email with homework, more photos when helpful and a video of the session, if available, to help with your personal practice. 

    HYPOPRESSIVE SESSIOn

    Additional Information

    • Best done in the morning and anytime your schedule allows. 
    • On an empty stomach and an empty bladder. 
    • Wear comfortable clothing you can move in. 
    • So I can see your midsection. A sports bra or a top you can tuck up into your bra works. 
    • No need for shoes, barefoot is best or socks if the floor is not slippery.
    • You will want a yoga mat or a carpet floor.  
    • Think of a great place to have your computer/phone set up. A spot I can see you on the screen in standing and a place to move it when you practice on the floor. 
    • Good lighting should also be considered. 
    • Zoom App downloaded or use Browser to join.
    • Props like a pillow, towel, yoga block, stretchy band or tennis ball can be used at times.
    • Have Water!


    The session will be recorded and loaded into a private YouTube channel. This will allow you the opportunity for review and help with your personal practice.
